We have 7 vine plots and they are different vines according to their size, age, way of management. We have little and big plot, young and old vine (25 to 90 years old), with trellising or not.

We like old vines (more than 45 years), because they are generally from old selection and so less ills and less vigorous. And we have a preference for little vines plots in “gobelet” management meaning without trellising.

All works (pruning, disbudding, trimming…) are handmade excepting ploughing which are carried out by Anatole our Percheron and our good old Renault tractor inherited from the grand father.
